Our goal is to consistently offer customers the highest quality products, services, and advanced technologies. As technologies develop to meet growing customer needs, and in concert with new product introductions, we regrettably must cease production of older products. We write this letter to inform you that the very successful DI-2200 and Linecheck Lite™ products will no longer be manufactured by SKF Condition Monitoring Centre (Livingston) Ltd and with immediate effect will become obsolete. All marketing references will be removed from our website(s) and any other SKF marketing material.
We are very proud of the value that this product has offered to our customers; therefore, units in the field shall have continued support for repair and calibration. However, we cannot guarantee that spare parts will always be available during this time. It is also likely that this product range will be exempt from our standard repair charge at some point between the next 12 -24 months. This is due to the fact that the spares become more difficult and more expensive to source. Please be assured we will do whatever we can to ensure that we always have fair service pricing for our products (contact CMCLiv.RMA@skf.com for more information if any service is required).
Please advise us immediately of any outstanding requirements for Di-2200 instruments / accessories in order to accommodate these appropriately.

Microlog® MX series
At this same time we are pleased to announce that many of the DI-2200 features and functions are now available in the CMXA44 Microlog® MX series. The Microlog® MX unit adopts a modular approach to measurement with individual packages available for specific types of analysis i.e. Analyser, Bump Test, Balancing, Check to Conformance, Run-Up Coast-Down and FRF. This flexibility allows you to select the exact combination of features you require, and provides the option to upgrade in the future should your needs change. This variety of analysis tools makes the Microlog ® MX the ideal choice for use either in field service, machinery diagnostics or production line quality testing. This simple, easy to use instrument has been developed with an intuitive user interface, making it ideal for use by expert or non-expert personnel alike. The Microlog® MX is based around a high performance handheld computer and with its Windows CE operating system, provides direct access to your PC environment for the seamless transfer of data.
Key hardware features include a 400MHz XScale processor, large colour display, easy operation function keys and high speed data acquisition capability.
Expand Functionality
The Microlog® MX is designed so that you can build functionality by adding new modules to enhance your analysis capabilities. Should a need arise to carry out an additional form of testing, simply choose the module required and upload it to the handheld.
Further information on the Microlog® MX can be found on our website. A full instrument overview brochure as well as individual module brochures are available for download here -
