SKF CMC Livingston has in place the skills, knowledge, and infrastructure to take your custom instrumentation or computing project through from design to manufacture, and offer the follow on repair and extended warranty facilities that your customer will demand, but which you may not be able to easily or cost effectively provide yourself.

We already have the quality procedures and certification capabilities in place to ensure we deliver reliable and world class product to meet the most stringent demands of your customers.

Manufacturing

  • Highly flexible and responsive. From small batches to high volume production
  • We can quickly and cost effectively help you get 'finished quality' proof of concept units, deliver small batches for your prototype?? pilots / market research, and then meet your growing volume requirements
  • CMC Livingston apply full surface mount, flow solder, hand fit and mechanical assembly capabilities and can offer full probe, in circuit, J-Tag and customised functional test capabilities
  • We use an ISO9000 accredited sub-contractor, with all operators trained to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards

Quality

  • We use six sigma measurement techniques and methodologies to measure and drive continuous improvements across all our processes and business areas.
  • SKF Condition Monitoring Centre ( Livingston ) Ltd has been accredited ISO 9001:2000
  • We regularly undergo external audits re: ISO 9001:2000 and have been awarded an ATEX Manufacturing License.
  • We actively manage and drive our sub-contractors to continually deliver quality & cost improvements

Product Support

  • Extended warranties, return to base repair, calibration, technical support - as required.
  • Some SKF CMC Livingston units that have been in the field for over 10 years are still supported. Giving you security that your investment will be protected during its lifecycle.
